Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Last Updated: March 08, 2026

1. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once full payment or the required deposit has been received. Prices are subject to change based on seasonal demands and operational costs, but confirmed bookings will honor the agreed price.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our operations:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the flight: 90% refund.
  • Cancellations made 2-7 days before the flight: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the flight: No refund.
  • If we cancel a flight due to weather or technical reasons, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

3. Weather and Safety

Aviation safety is our top priority. The pilot-in-command has the final authority to cancel or divert a flight due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or technical issues. Kathmandu Helicopter is not liable for any delays or inconveniences caused by weather-related cancellations.

4. Liability and Insurance

Kathmandu Helicopter maintains passenger insurance as required by Civil Aviation Authority laws. However, we strongly recommend that all passengers have their own comprehensive travel and health insurance. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the flight.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by the ground staff and crew. We reserve the right to refuse boarding to any individual who appears intoxicated, behaves in a disruptive manner, or poses a safety risk to the flight and other passengers.

6. Standard Terms

Kathmandu Helicopter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The terms in effect at the time of your booking will be the ones applicable to your service.
